Refund policy
You have up to 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, subject to the exclusions below.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returnable (see exclusions below) and in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with all original tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at bethesda@purebarre.com. If your item is returnable and your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. I'll returns must be sent within five days of receiving the label.
Returns CANNOT be sent to the studio- we can't receive packages there. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and using our shipping label will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. $7.00 will be deducted from any refund you are owed. You will not be refunded for any shipping fees on your original order.
Due to excessive returns, starting December 6, 2024, all items returned are subject to a $5 restocking fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. All items are photographed prior to shipment to verify condition at time of shipment.
Exclusions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any worn/used items, sale items, orders using a discount or promo code, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item, and then return the item you have. Follow the return process provided above. Once the original item is returned to us and we've determined the item meets the conditions for return, we will provide you a refund for the price of the item, less $7.00 return shipping and any applicable restocking fee.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellation- once placed, you have 24 hours to cancel an order. After that, all orders are not able to be cancelled. Once you receive your order, you may return it per the return policy above.
Price Adjustments- Unfortunately, we cannot make any adjustments to price once your order has been placed.
